DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A VETERINARY CLINIC IN SANT ANTONI

Refurbishment of an old mechanics workshop located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, a unique long and narrow place, to turn it into a veterinary clinic.

The proposal stems from a very tight budget and the desire to recover the uniqueness of the existing space. It is committed to a radical emptying of the premises, in order to show its entire volume and the subsequent insertion of a module that will articulate the space.

Strategically located, the module articulates all the rooms of the new clinic and brings a singular aesthetic logic to the premises: all the prominence is given to the contrast between natural materials (such as solid pine and ceramic) and the bare white of the walls and ceiling.
